1 How can I make my order?

• Make your selection(s) of the design(s) you like from our catalog, download ORDER FORM and fill the form and then email your request to oneshines@ovi.com
• Or you can call us at 0126729469 (Syed Azwan) or 0126224542 (Shamsinar) for more information
• One Shines© will do their best to reply and discuss further on your invitation card needs

2. Jangkamasa tempahan?

Seperti yang anda tahu kad di OneShine adalah buatan tangan. Untuk tempahan dari

• 100-500 keping – tempahan selewat-lewatnya 2 bulan dari tarikh penghantaran
• 500-1000 keping – tempahan selewat-lewatnya 4 bulan dari tarikh penghantaran

Ini disebabkan beberapa faktor. Seperti pengesahan dari pihak anda berkenaan ayat/teks dan jugak peta yang akan digunakan dalam kad anda, serta proses cetakan pada kad anda.

2. How early should I make my request?

As you know this is a handmade card. So:

• 100-500 pieces – order 2 Months early you plan to send out the invitations.
• 500-1000 pieces – order 4 Months early you plan to send out the invitations.

This will allow us discuss and to confirm with your on text/words and map, and print the cards.

3 Perlukah bayaran deposit dibuat?

Anda perlu membayar “Bayaran Tempahan” 50% daripada jumlah keseluruhan dan selebihnya dibayar selepas kesemua tempahan anda siap.

3 Do I need to pay a deposit?

Once a design and price is agreed upon, a 50% down payment is required in cash/funds transfer. The balance payment shall be paid in cash/funds transfer upon receipt of the wedding package.

4 Bolehkah saya melihat sampel kad sebelum di cetak?

Boleh. Pihak kami akan menghantar semua “artwork” untuk pengesahan dari pihak anda sebelum kami mulakan. Tolong semak semua “artwork” yang kami hantar dengan teliti sebelum kami hantar “artwork” ke percetakan.

4 Can I see a card sample before going to print?

Yes. We will show you a digital proof or mockup of the invitation card upon request, before we proceed to the next step – printing. Please take the time to check through, proofread for errors and approve the final mockup before we send the artwork to the printer.

5. Penghantaran?

Selepas kami mendapat pengesahan berkenaan “artwork” daripada anda, sila berikan kami 1-2 minggu untuk finalize” semua “artwork” dan cetak. Selepas semua hasil kerja telah siap, kami akan menghubungi anda untuk penghantaran.

• Pihak kami tidak akan menangung kos penghantaran di luar kawasan Lembah Klang

5. Delivery?

After final artwork approved, please allow us 1-2 weeks to finalize all artwork and printing. We will call you as soon as possible when your card is ready for deliver.
